1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Vires IT Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We offer IT consulting, support, web design, office automation, and related services. The scope of each service engagement is defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All information you provide must be accurate and up‑to‑date.

4. Payments & Invoices

All invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by Vires IT Solutions remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vires IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town.
